Summary
J'ai commencé à dessiner dès que j'ai pu tenir un crayon en main et je ne l'ai jamais lâché.
Je découvre la bande dessinée avec Métal hurlant. C'est décidé : je veux faire ça comme métier. N'ayant aucune volonté pour me lancer sur un projet, je laisse tomber rapidement et j'attaque la peinture, mais sur les murs et la nuit. J'arrête juste à temps. J'enchaîne sur des toiles pendant deux ans, tout seul dans mon coin. Par hasard, je découvre le travail de Combas et Dirosa, je rentre chez moi, jette toutes mes peintures et ne fais plus rien pendant un an.
puis je découvre le monde du fanzine. Je lance Envrac en septembre 1996. j'y raconte des histoires qui me sont arrivées, dans mon quartier, en refusant de tomber dans les clichés habituels de la banlieue. J'essaie d'en parler juste. mais je sais pertinemment que les histoires que je raconte sont très très loin de ce qui se passe réellement dans les banlieues de nos jours. Mars 2006 : ma boîte ferme. Fatigue, dépression, plus d'envie, me voilà dans le vide.
Je dessine. Je retrouve mes potes, laissés sur bord de la route du chomdu. Graver ce moment de rien, voir que l'on est devenu adultes avec toujours 16 piges dans la tête. Faire un temps mort.
