Summary
Héritiers des X-Men et des Nouveaux Mutants, les membres de Génération X sont encadrés par Emma Frost, alias la Reine Blanche, et le Hurleur. Le groupe, initialement composé de Chamber, Husk, Jubilé, M, Skin, Synch et Penance, relève tous les défis, naviguant entre super-vilains mutants et problèmes d'adolescents. Une nouvelle équipe est née sous l'égide des X-Men... Génération X ! Rassemblés et dirigés par le Hurleur et Emma Frost, ces jeunes mutants désabusés comptent dans leurs rangs Chamber, Husk (la soeur de Rocket), Jubilé (ancienne protégée de Wolverine), la mystérieuse M, l'ancien gangster Skin, l'insaisissable Synch et la mortelle Penance.. Apparu lors du crossover mutant de 1994 intitulé Phalanx Covenant, le groupe Génération X obtient tout de suite sa première série régulière grâce à Scott Lobdell et Chris Bachalo. L'aventure prend fin soixante-quinze épisodes plus tard, en 2001. Une seconde série verra le jour en 2017, pour une durée d'un an. Lobdell et Bachalo poursuivent leur cycle sur Generation X. Dans le numéro 25, plusieurs intrigues secondaires initiées au début de la série se concluent. Ce volume contient également deux Annuals et deux récits spéciaux réalisés par d'autres équipes créatives.
