Il n'est pas rare aujourd'hui que des pays soient gouvernés par des femmes; c'est le cas de l'Allemagne, de l'Argentine, du Brésil, du Chili, de la Corée du Sud, du Danemark et du Libéria. Plus près d'ici, pensons à Kathleen Wynne en Ontario, ou encore à Pauline Marois au Québec. Toutefois, en dépit de notables avancées, les femmes sont toujours largement sous-représentées dans les gouvernements du monde. Mais pourquoi faut-il plus de femmes dans les parlements?
