The 2024 Edition of the Annotated Ontario Highway Traffic Act updates all relevant Highway Traffic Act cases, all legislation, including legislation not net proclaimed, and all regulatory activity. Some important case highlights in the last year include: Morris et al v. Prince et al – Missing luminaries not the cause of accident. R. v. Bushey – Administrative suspension does not entail a “conviction” so autrefois convict inapplicable to outstanding criminal prosecutions. R. v.
