Some of the items you purchased are in stock in our warehouse, while others must be ordered from the publishers. What type of delivery do you require? Do you prefer one single delivery, or two? Shipping options
allow you to choose the solution that best suits your needs. Here are the available selections:
 
 

 
You will be asked to identify the delivery address and delivery options when configuring your account with your Renaud-Bray representative. You will be able to modify these selections further on, by:
  • Visiting the “My account” section at any time;
  • For each order placed online: when confirming your order, you will be asked to confirm the delivery address and options. You can then define the criteria that will apply to this particular order (without changing your basic profile).
